My friend and I came here after reading positive reviews about this healthier food place. We wanted bowls for lunch and also somewhere with delicious açai bowls. Vale has all of that and more at comparable local prices. We like that you can customize the bowls based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions. Everything was flavourful, fresh, and tasty. Pickup was easy and convenient.

Vale is a fantastic health food spot. I ordered a regular BYOB and a small açia bowl. The ingredients tasted very fresh, clean, and delicious. I would definitely come back!

This is my favorite place to grab lunch and even dinner. The Acai is delicious and the meal bowls are always fresh and tasty. You get to make your own bowl and you have plenty of options to choose. From chicken to salmon. In addition, Everyone here is like a family to me. From the manager to the servers, Dailin She really is the Best! I highly recommend this place specially if you live in the area. Comparing prices here with all other places Vale beats them! Thank you!

I've been coming to VALE after my workouts for a healthy meal and snack. The service is superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service is fast and the atmosphere is calming and super clean. Special props to Felix for always making the best smoothies!!

This place is phenomenal! A great healthy option! It's a Chipotle Style place with so many flavorful options! I did my own BYO and also got the Chocolate Chip Cookie. So freaking good! Can't wait to come back here!

I really enjoy the food here! Always fresh and the atmosphere is great! Friendly staff and great prices as well. The coldpressed dragonfruit lemonade is my favorite drink here. Their acai bowl is delightfully satisfying. I love building my own bowl because of all the options to choose from.

This place is super nice and the build your own bowl we got was phenomenal! The ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. For dessert, we had the almond butter protein brownie and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful, new upscale build your own bowl concept restaurant. Clean, bright, beautiful plant based decor. Poke bowl and hot bowl choices were yummy. Also have variety of cold pressed juices, and other healthy choices. Manager Josh assisted us and explained in detail how to order. Definitely recommend.

This place is phenomenal. The sweet potato noodles are my newest obsession, or maybe the Matcha lemonade! I was greeted by Josh, he explained the build your bowl process and their menu offerings, he was really patient and helpful. Totally blown away by the food quality & service.

Absolutely amazing, so so happy this opened up. I had the pulled chicken and the southwest chicken and it was so good. They use extra virgin olive oil which I LOVE because they don't use seed oils. So awesome. My boyfriend got the braised beef and chicken and turkey meatballs and they were so good too. Highly highly recommend and I will be back.

Great place for really tasty, healthy choices. We got a build your own bowl option. There were lots to choose from. Mac n cheese, spinach salad, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, chicken, beef, fish. GET THE MEATBALLS!!! YUM! The mushrooms had me smiling and doing the yummy dance.

 Vegetarian options: Vegans will find a lot of choices. 

Dietary restrictions: My diabetic husband didn't have to dose as it was pretty much no carb in his bowl. Gluten free and dairy free options as well.

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is so very fresh, healthy, and tastes delicious, with many, many food and dietary options. The desserts also. The staff members are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and well-satisfied. Since I've been eating here I don't crave sweets as much. By the way, even their sweets are healthy! This restaurant also is very accessible for people who navigate with wheelchairs or other supports. I cannot explain how much I love this place! I tried it for the first time today because I was looking for a healthy meal. Not only do they have a HUGE selection to choose from, but their food is so delicious! Even though they were busy, employees were kind enough to explain everything step by step. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients used in every dish. The flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the chefs put a lot of thought into the combinations.
